The 100 ft. long, double-deck houseboat AMARYLLIS is located on its own island in the middle of the 1000 Islands region. Originally built in 1911 as a private summer residence, it is somewhat rustic and has a unique atmosphere of comfort and elegance.
A large verandah deck, living room with fireplace and dining room overlook the water and forested shores. The four guest rooms also look out onto the St. Lawrence River and each has its own private, full bathroom.
Overnight accommodation includes a full breakfast and boat transportation from the village of Rockport on the mainland (a 10 minute ride).
The islands themselves are about 5 acres altogether, with paths winding through many species of trees and wildflowers, moss and granite outcroppings.
Stroll, swim, fish, canoe, or simply relax in these tranquil surroundings.
